Setting boundaries is healthy and NOT selfish. Something as simple as saying "No" when someone asks you "Can I ask a question?" and then proceeds to ask it anyway before you answer. Take it literally and say "No" if you don't want to answer the question at the moment. IT IS OKAY! Why are we expected to be at everyone's beck and call even when it comes to answering questions?
